Your new role
The Marketing Manager carries accountability for the development of effective marketing strategies, initiatives and actions, in support of the strategic priorities designed to increase awareness of the brand as well as increasing attendance and revenue.
This newly created and vital managerial role will plan, develop and evaluate all communication strategies and reach out to various audiences to present the brand. The position will be accountable for developing the strategic plan around how to broaden community awareness and engagement in addition to delivering those strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
The nature of the role demands that you have a relevant level of experience with marketing in a commercial environment, and the proven ability to mushroom sales and drive new business. Experience of marketing in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
