This company aim to deliver the Balancing and Settlement Code and their services are critical to the successful operation of Great Britain's electricity trading arrangements. This company also provide services such as Operational Support, Training, Meeting Room Hire and Data Flows.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all aspects of the company's digital communications (3 websites) and social media strategy and provide specialist knowledge and skills in the integration and application of digital channels into the company's overall communications strategy. While this role mainly focuses on digital communications, there will be occasions where you will need to support your team members on other communication initiatives and projects. The company are looking to do a website rebrand so you will be responsible for the re design project and content strategy in order to increase membership through the website and social media. You will provide insightful analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of the digital communications to key stakeholders as well as building internal relationships and provide best-practice communications advice and solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in digital communication channels including customer facing websites, corporate intranet and social media. You will have excellent writing skills, creative flair and experience of editing material provided by others for digital channels. You will have proven knowledge and experience in Content Management Systems, applying SEO techniques and analysing Google Analytics data. Additionally you will have a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Mail chimp is required. Furthermore you will have knowledge of, and involvement with, best practice, new developments and wider debates in the communications arena, e.g. professional membership, online forums.

You will be paid a salary between £36,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience) with an excellent benefits package.
