Our client is a global service organisation offering an exciting opportunity for a Head of Digital Performance.

This role is focused on leading a digital performance team of eight responsible for driving ROI across all digital assets including SEO, digital advertising, social marketing and paid search (PPC) owning all customer journeys B2B, SME and B2C maximising the conversion of target customer audiences to calls/enquiries and sales contract leads.

Desired Experience
·Previous experience in a digital lead role preferably B2B service industry
·Highly analytical and able to demonstrate experience in strategy development, data analysis and the mapping of on-line customer journeys by audience.
·Commercially focused with experience of delivering business value through the use of data and trends in customer online behaviours.
·Ability to define and deliver a portfolio of projects based on customer hypotheses and data insights.
·Track record in delivering quantifiable business benefit through the implementation of digital transformation.
·Capable of managing multiple stakeholders with potentially conflicting requirements.
·Proficient in SEO, PPC and CRO best practice, with a demonstrated track record in this area.
·Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
·Advanced spreadsheet skills and an ability to process and make sense of large amounts of data.
·Proven track record in project delivery; project management qualifications would be a positive.
·Undergraduate degree (preferably with an analytical background).
·Direct people management spanning functions such as; audience tracking, search strategy, digital CX/UX and conversion optimisation
·Previous experience devising and implementing SEO, PPC, social and CRO strategies on a global scale
·Budgetary management
·External agency management
