Location: London, EC1V 
Job Type: Full time, permanent 
Salary: Up to £60K depending upon experience 


They are looking for an amazing, content marketing specialist to drive their inbound marketing machine for their awesome bidding consultancy. You will be responsible for attracting site traffic by disseminating content over various channels, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and working with other members of the team to nurture those leads to close into customers. 


- Build and manage a rich content / editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience 
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers) 
- Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels 
- Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how their inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine their process to convert customers 
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any relevant additional channels 
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both their brand and their content 
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about their company, competitors, and / or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences 
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success 
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from their social network presence 
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach their target buyers 
- Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI 
- Sharing best practice and thought leadership to constantly improve processes 


- CIM Level 4, and/or a marketing degree and/or master’s degree, or equivalent 
- Successful track record of marketing experience within a B2B environment, including demonstrable experience of content marketing responsibilities 
- Solid understanding of B2B demand generation, lead nurturing & lead scoring 
- Proven track record of running content marketing programs that have delivered measurable results 
- Strong analytical skills including ability to assess ROI, where relevant 
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills 
- Proven hands-on experience growing and engaging an audience via Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and blogs 
- Experience with analytics, measurement tools and platforms 
- Experience with marketing automation software; Hubspot highly desirable 
- Hands-on experience writing content which adheres to SEO best practices 
- A “can-do” attitude with a relentless obsession for customer satisfaction and audience engagement 
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at handling concurrent projects
