The IT Services & Product Company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for IT Products & Services to build and manage a product suite of software products & services to be offered to large corporate clients across the UK.

This role is a standalone Product Management role and will have sole responsibility for creating & building a range of IT Products & Services. This role will build a complex portfolio of Products & Services that will be offered to the client's large corporate clients. This role needs a commercially focused Product Manager who can look at a broad range of clients' needs and build a product suite to suit their needs.

The company is market leader in the B2B technology and telecoms market. They provide a vast suite of services which support both SME, large corporate and Public Sector clients and are continuing to expand in this space. They have an outstanding reputation in the market and are seeing double digit growth in a number of their markets fuelled by new, inspirational leadership who have re-shaped their strategy and are looking for similarly driven and motivated individuals to become part of their team.

The individual will be an experienced Commercial Manager/ Product Manager who has experience creating and managing a complex suite of IT products and delivered a product strategy to ensure its uptake by its clients. Experience working in an IT Reseller environment would be beneficial in this role as not all of products in the portfolio will be developed in-house.

This position will be an excellent opportunity for someone to grow & develop within the business. The line manager is looking for someone who is passionate about IT Products & Services and really want to own a complex product portfolio.

The Commercial Manager/ Product Manager role requires the following experience:

-Experience within the IT /telecoms environment and the business to business environment however a track record of strong commercial/product management in other industries would be considered if they have an interest in this market.

-Excellent knowledge of IT Product and Managed Services technologies and market trends

-Experience working with relevant software or hardware vendors: Cisco, Avaya, HP

-Experience developing products and strategy to underpin extensive growth in an IT Services environment.

-Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering a portfolio strategy, using insight to innovate and deliver high quality successful products to market.

-Excellent business, commercial & supplier/vendor management skills, management of budgets and ability to problem solve.

-Externally orientated, a customer champion.

-Ideally degree level educated
