Our client is a unique, established online retailer, looking to expand their CRM team. This would be a great role for anyone with a passion for email marketing, direct mail and campaign optimisation.


THE ROLE OF CRM EXECUTIVE:


Be at the centre of planning our future customer communications

Ensure the campaigns are optimised to engage customers

Deliver adhoc campaigns in response to trading and marketing conditions

Ensure campaign tracking is in place

Provide on time reports post campaign, outlining key insights

Make recommendations based on monthly reporting analysis

Market the reward scheme to all potential customers

Design and implement a communication plan for all reward scheme members

To generate referral customers via the refer a friend scheme

Design and implement a communication plan for all referred customers

Communicate customer reviews internally and externally where appropriate


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR CRM EXECUTIVE:


Quality of data proficiency crucial

Comfort with CRM software

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisation skills – for production scheduling and multi tasking
