About the job:

  • Outbound B2B calling to corporate clients to secure appointments for the Account Management Team
  • Generating leads, meeting KPI’s and securing appointments
  • Working closely with the Sales Team
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Using client research techniques to gather obtain commercial intelligence

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in and enjoyment of a target-driven, sales environment
  • Proven strong outbound calling experience and the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Experience of selling services/solutions to a corporate and high level client base is essential
  • Proven ability to generate leads, meet sales targets and manage your own accounts
  • Knowledge of technology and creative software solutions is very advantageous
  • A confident, professional and personable manner

An internal training program offers:

  • Continuous professional development, that involves shadowing Account Managers in order to gain experience selling into the learning and development industry
  • Learning to conduct WebEx/demo sessions
  • Gaining in-depth understanding of the complete range of services through development sessions with the Production Team
  • The ability to craft creative solutions to meet the clients requirements
  • The development of skills to confidently conduct face-to-face meetings and demos at the client site         

Additional information:

  • Salary: £24-27k p.a. plus commission
  • A 12-24 month training period to develop into the Account Manager role
  • A company car; this is a field sales role
  • 31 days holiday (incl. Bank Holidays)
