Our client is a leading player within the financial services space who are looking for a talented digital professional.
You will have solid broad digital experience with expertise in digital client experience and interaction. You will be able to use your specialist knowledge gained from the Investment/Wealth space in a role which allows the individual to make a huge impact on and across the business.
You will act as an advisor, drawing from previous experience and making sound decisions in a strategic yet operational role in order to positively change the client's perception and how the organisation engages with its clients throughout the user's experience.
To be considered:
- Solid digital experience particularly with experience in digital customer experience and interaction/engagement
- Strong experience and knowledge within the Wealth/Investment space
- Customer focused
- Able to influence senior level stakeholders and build strong rapport across the business
- Strategic yet able to deliver
