Email Marketing / CRM Executive
Join a brand new team, working in the expanding digital services studio of a well-known brand in central Birmingham.
As Email Marketing / CRM Executive, you'll be part of the Digital Services Team, working on the email and SMS programmes for a large and recognised restaurant operator, as well as online marketing and website projects for a number of other brands. You'll need to be adaptable, with experience of working on multiple brands, and adjusting tone and content to suit brand guidelines and audiences. The role will also see you involved in marketing campaigns, as well as responsible for the management, coordination, development, testing, and reporting of email and SMS programmes. Duties of the role would include delivering email and mobile marketing campaigns, overseeing email and SMS briefing of campaigns, developing and building emails using templates, and working with the Junior Email Marketing / CRM Assistant.
What we're looking for:
It is absolutely essential that you have: experience working in an agency; email marketing experience with a number of high-profile brands; a thorough understanding and hands-on experience of campaign management and an email management system; a Google Analytics Advanced Accreditation; experience of campaign planning, email tools, and reporting tools; and HTML experience. Photoshop and Illustrator experience is desirable but not essential. On top of this essential experience, you should be keen to learn new skills as part of the wider digital services team, and happy and able to work collaboratively and to provide assistance on other web projects.
