Head of Business Development & Marketing
This multi-award winning boutique law firm holds a hugely impressive corporate and ultra-high net worth client base. They also have a strong international outlook, as a founding member of one of the world’s largest global law firm networks.
The firm is looking for a new Head of BD & Marketing position to develop and deliver a broad and fully integrated strategy. The role will drive a number of strategic priorities, including raising the brand and firm profile, engaging the international network, and enhancing their BD and client development programmes.
Working closely with the Managing Partner and leadership team, there will be scope to grow in the role and build a marketing and BD team. There will be an element of international travel.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in professional services business development and marketing strategy, ideally with a background in law. The role requires experience across BD pipeline management and delivery across the full mix of marketing communications (brand, thought leadership, events). They will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and evidence demonstrable experience working with Partners to drive strategic change.
