Senior Account Manager for World-Leading Customer Insight Company
London
£40-50k + bonus + excellent benefits

12 month fixed term contract
 
Our client is one of the world’s leading customer insight companies. They analyse data and apply insights to help companies create better, more personalised customer experiences. They are now looking for a Senior Account Manager with sales experience to lead media plans and grow brand value and loyalty.
 
As Senior Account Manager, you'll lead the creation, implementation and review of media plans, selling media solutions in order to deliver an integrated, end-to-end service, as well as profitable sales growth for all parties.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Develop and manage clients’ Communications & Media plans to meet customer and client goals
• Sell media solutions across print, digital and loyalty schemes to retail / FMCG clients
• Partner with clients to support strategy and objectives via media solutions, and increase impact with customers and sales
• Develop and share insights and strategic recommendations to shape future programmes and support successful multi-channel initiatives
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business performance and customer measures, recommending media solutions to grow sales by increasing loyalty
• Manage relationships with clients’ relevant contacts across key business units (Retailer teams, Brand, Digital, Loyalty, Shopper Marketing)
• Strive to enhance the customer experience to increase engagement and key performance metrics
 
Skills & Experience required:
 
• Sales and Account Management experience, ideally media or agency-side
• Retail or FMCG industry experience, comfortable liaising with buyers and manufacturers
• Knowledge of media sales (digital, print) and ideally retail-focused sales (POS, loyalty schemes)
• Knowledge of media planning and / or buying
• Analytical knowledge in terms of understanding data and ability to make recommendations from insights
• Extensive consultative client relationship management experience at senior level
• Commercial and business acumen, articulate with clear leadership skills
• Curious and passionate about customer insights
