BD Executive - US Law Firm
A leading U.S. law firm requires a Business Development Executive to provide support for the implementation of marketing and business development activities across the corporate and litigation practices of the London office.
The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Business Development team in New York to determine strategic approaches in business development, communications and media relations, and the most effective ways to support the European practice. You will work with locally-based partners and other lawyers in London to provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies and with the London Office Director on a range of London-specific tasks. This broad role will encompass pitch management, client development and targeting, the co-ordination of legal directory submissions, maintenance of London-specific marketing literature, PR and advertising, marketing research and data management.
The ideal candidate will be well educated with a minimum of two years' experience gained in a professional services organisation, preferably within a global law firm. A creative team player, with excellent project management skills and proven writing, editing and proofreading skills, allied with strong attention to detail, the Business Development Executive will possess the ability to work with little supervision and under the pressure of deadlines whilst juggling multiple projects, priorities and personalities.
