Client Services Manager - Marketing Intelligence Group
Act as a Client Services Manager for market intelligence services offered to key global clients on behalf of a leading market information provider (pharmaceutically based). Strong client management and communication skills are essential in terms of day-to-day coordination for all client engagement activities ; you will be responsible for ensuring clients are getting the best out of the information services they have access to. Thus you will support a wide variety of projects including data management and business intelligence tool development, all of which will support clients' operational effectiveness and marketing excellence. Previous experience in project managing/client relations from a range of sectors could be useful - but it's particularly welcome from market intelligence/information sector.
