Client Manager / Insight Consultant - HOME BASED !

  • Independent, consultative role, account managing and owning relationships

Joining a small, close knit client management team, this is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognised data marketing agency brands. Working from home as well as on client site, you will be travelling to meet with your clients regularly in order to ensure you really 'get under the skin' of their CRM and analytical requirements.

Reporting into the CTO, you will manage and own two large retail clients, working closely with them to understand their business and marketing challenges, helping them to leverage data and insights to inform and drive decisioning and answer business questions.

Therefore, excellent knowledge of data driven marketing / CRM and loyalty / analytics and insights and their place within the modern business is essential - particularly retail. Your skills should be in the interpretation of analysis (not the actual conducting of analytics) and in turn the delivery of insights to end client stakeholders; you will work alongside a sizable team of 60 analysts.

This role would be suitable for an individual with either an agency or client side background delivering insights to drive better decisioning around products, categories, trading decisions, targeted marketing or in store communications

Long term, this is a huge area of growth for the business, so there is a strong chance a team will eventually be built beneath this person.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/RESPONSIBILITES

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject
  • Experience within an insights, loyalty / CRM or data science / analytics environment
  • Proven project and client management experience
  • Experience and solid understanding of customer insights and how these can drive decisioing within a retail environment (other large consumer business backgrounds considered)
  • Ability to write direct marketing strategy and customer communication plans
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging insights on how to improve customer understanding and engagement

POSITION - Client Manager / Insight Consultant

LOCATION - HOME BASED plus frequent travel to clients site (UK wide)

SALARY - £35k - £50k plus excellent benefits
