Design Copywriter - Property
A great opportunity has arisen for a designer with excellent written and messaging skills to join a growing marketing team for a real estate investment management firm as a Design Copywriter. This is a new role reporting to the Head of Marketing and the role holder will be responsible for the design, brand compliance and consistency of marketing collateral company wide.
Working on both digital and offline briefs, you will work closely with the Business Development teams worldwide to improve the quality of output. The Design Copywriter will work on briefs for teams across Europe and Asia including presentations, proposals, brochures, internal communications, infographics and event collateral. There will be scope to expand the role's responsibilities to include animation, video production and other marketing material should the successful candidate have the correct skills or would like to expand their skillset. This role would be suitable for a designer with experience of copywriting or working on bid proposals. As the role holder becomes familiar with the firm's corporate messages and competitive differentiators, it is hoped that they will have a significant input into how the firm presents itself.
The ideal candidate for the role of Design Copywriter will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to support and persuade a variety of senior stakeholders working across a number of business functions. Knowledge of design for both print and digital gained whilst working in a property or professional services environment and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator, are pre-requisite, as is a proactive personality and a desire for a wide and expansive role with scope for career progression.
