A top healthcare advertising agency based in Windsor is looking for an Artworker. The successful candidate will join the seven-strong studio, which ensures that the agency’s creative product is executed to the highest possible standard and that delivery deadlines are met. As an Artworker you will work proactively alongside the cross-functional team assigned to a client or brand, to deliver optimal results at all times. You will have previous agency experience working across a wide range of advertising and marketing materials across print and digital, a great eye for design and excellent attention to detail. You should be capable of working proactively alongside Art Directors and Designers to accurately develop scamps and ideas to finished layouts, including implementing copy changes and revisions. This includes preparing error-free artwork for print and digital, including banners, emailers, iPad e-details and websites. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring corporate guidelines, master logos and PIs for consistent use throughout the agency. You should be familiar with creating and editing PowerPoint presentations, and be able to prepare colour mock-ups and presentation boards. You will be required to sign off artwork once complete, produce high resolution PDFs for final reproduction, check printers’ proofs when necessary.
The Artworker is expected have to the following skills and knowledge: further education qualification in graphic design or printing and/or strong previous experience in a similar environment; advanced knowledge of the Design Standard software packages in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); an advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint; first class Mac visualisation skills; an appreciation of design and layout, and a good eye for detail; excellent knowledge of print and repro, including a thorough understanding of the production process from concept to final item; a sound understanding of digital design, with experience of producing assets for banners, apps and websites and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
