About the Role

We are looking for a Loyalty Manager for a luxury retail company based in Central London. In this brand new position, you will be working closely with the Head of CRM driving the Loyalty Programme to ensure maximum benefit across all areas of the Company. Working closely with the Digital, Marketing and Editorial teams you will be joining a team that has a genuine passion for CRM and the benefits it can have for the business. We are looking for someone with a track record of adding value to an organisation and being able to demonstrate delivery of Loyalty related projects.
