Are you a senior paid media practitioner, with a minimum of 4 years’ agency experience in managing large scale paid media campaigns across search, display and paid social?   If you are already leading a team, and now looking for a move to an agency with truly international focus and reach, then we have the role for you! 

Responsibilities as a head of Paid Media:

  • Campaign / project KPIs, reporting
  • In collaboration with sales and client teams, ensure that campaign and project KPIs are clearly understood, aligned with client needs, agreed, documented and disseminated to your delivery team
  • Ownership of reporting formats, ensuring accuracy of data and quality of insight is maintained and continually improved
  • Campaign / project scheduling, QA
  • Ensure activity is progressed to schedule, delays clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders, quality control is effective.
  • For new business and current clients, define and lead in scoping and definition of deliverables
  • For current clients, re. revenue growth, collaborate with client team on cross sell and up sell opportunities

Requirements as a head of Paid Media

  • 4 years + previous experience
  • Agency background and hugely client focused individual essential
  • Confident in both campaign and team leadership
  • Very high levels of attention to detail
  • Be the ‘go to’ person; recognised expert and thought leader
  • Pioneering new ways of working, evolution of best practice, use of best in class platforms and technologies
  • Comfortable in adapting to evolved business process
  • Confident in questioning established systems / process and offering constructive feedback / improved solutions
  • As per commercial focus, take the lead in identifying need for new products & services
  • Overall team management
