The Role: This is a great opportunity for a CRM Manager to devise and implement a CRM programme to ensure consistently high levels of customer engagement. The successful candidate will work with external agencies to test and optimise a segmentation strategy to increase communication efficiency. They will liaise with social media, digital, brand and customer care teams to develop integrated digital campaigns as well as work closely with the Head of CRM & Retention to ensure the right tools have been put in place.
