This full service research and insights agency have carved an impressive niche and are experts in the area of kids and family research. They can offer their clients an in-depth understanding in this area, putting this group of consumers at the heart of business decision making. Working across a range of industries including games and toys, as well as FMCG and Media, projects are wide ranging and span the likes of product testing and development, creative and advertising testing as well as app development. They use a broad range of innovative methodologies and new and exciting tools, utilising both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role within the team. Ideally you will be a skilled mixed method practitioner (a strong quantitative background is essential) and you will be very comfortable taking a lead on projects, delivering actionable insights to clients and attending new business pitches. You'll be a strategic thinker and enjoy contributing towards ideas for new tools and approaches so as to further build on the company's growth, so an innovative and creative streak would work well!
