In terms of previous experience - you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record in all stages of the qualitative research process encompassing design, focus group moderation, client relationship management as well as commercial acumen. Additionally you will have a curious and inquisitive nature, eager to learn and be fascinated by brands and how they affect businesses and consumers. Clients are likely to span the FMCG and Retail sectors.
