The role of an account manager in their business is to manage existing client business, ensuring that the clients are maximising their opportunities from the data-led marketing tools the consultancy has developed and ensuring that both project work and ongoing contracted services are delivered on time, and to budget. Equally you will ensure that your clients are gaining maximum value from the opportunities created by the consultancy, brief analysts and other internal teams on the delivery of individual projects and present data-led findings and insight to your clients, making recommendations to increase the value and profitability of their marketing activity.
Based in the city of Brighton, the consultancy is seeking account managers who have experience gained in a B2C multi-channel, data-driven marketing role combined with account management experience. You will be familiar with campaign management, especially direct marketing, ideally online and offline, database marketing, possess strong commercial acumen and have excellent interpersonal skills.
