My client is looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join their Global organisation, best known for their diverse product range within the engineering and manufacturing sector. Their EMEA Head office is based near Portsmouth, Hampshire, offering a world class working environment with state of the art offices. Due to growth and success my client is looking for a permanent Product Marketing Associate paying up to £25,000 - £30,000, to join the Marketing team.
Your new role
The Product Marketing Associate will be responsible for articulating and expanding upon the value proposition of product through the creation of high quality content. This content will be executed via multi-channel platforms including websites, webinars, product presentations, posters, publications, training material, videos and white papers. This content has to engaging, accurate and create interest in the products that will lead to sales or sales leads.
The content you produce in this job will be for both internal and external communications, it will have to articulate the benefits of the products. Within your job you will liaise closely with the product managers, the subject matter experts and you report into the Global product manager. You will project manage the liaison of third party's including technical authors, design agencies and translations houses ensuring everything is on time and within budget. You will be involved in product launches and the strategic direction of the product portfolios.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone to have two to three year's experience in the managing and creation of content. You will need to have content and copy writing experience and have the ability to deploy content in different ways e.g. blogs, web content and white papers. If you have a manufacturing or a scientific background that would be advantageous but not essential. We are looking for someone to have project managed a campaign and be able to articulate how this project was achieved. You will be an excellent communicator, have high attention to detail and be able to follow process. You will require a degree in marketing or science.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
