Our client is a Global healthcare business based in the North West, looking for a creative and proactive bilingual Global Marketing Executive who will work within the marketing team to plan, develop and implement initiatives and tactics to meet agreed budgets and objectives to support regional Marketing and project plans. The successful candidate will be bilingual with full-mix marketing skills, having successfully and independently managed social media channels and websites.
Salary up to £25,000 with some occasional international travel.

The purpose of this role will be to gain insights from customers and distributor partners to identify and deliver initiatives which will drive sales and business performance. Alongside the Global Marketing Managers, the successful candidate will work on marketing projects to deliver customer sales profitably and raise the levels of marketing within the business.

Key accountabilities will include:
- Marketing mix support for all markets within the region, focusing on priority markets
- Managing budgets for agreed projects
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the most effective use of resources
- Producing regular reports to measure impact and return on investment against agreed targets
- Developing marketing campaigns to support the Global sales team to achieve the sales budgets
- Support new product launches
- Working with the Marketing team to update the digital and social media channels
- Working with agencies and sales teams to generate press releases and case studies
- Organising translations and the localisation of marketing material as required
Required Skills and Experience:
- A second language is required
- Experience updating and managing digital and social channels
- Good presentation skills
- Experience and background in a business or marketing subject
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (word/excel/powerpoint)
- Good knowledge of external agency networks, particularly with regards to briefing.
- Work independently or in a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ideal skills/experience:
-International experience
-Experience in a relevant manufacturing environment with a broad understanding and appreciation of UK and International Healthcare structures
