A Paid Search Manager / SEM Manager / Search Marketing Manager is required for a one of the fastest growing FinTech companies in Europe based in West London to contribute to their ambitious online acquisition strategy.

This highly advanced and analytical team wants a Paid Search Manager / SEM Manager / Search Marketing Manager to be part of their creative and high growth business that has a track record of building success on the back of data-driven decision making and a great product.

The Paid Search Manager / SEM Manager / Search Marketing Manager will have ultimate responsibility for the PPC strategy and execution, and be extremely comfortable with attribution modelling, cost-per-acquisition and budget utilisation. As the role progresses you'll be responsible for rolling out paid-search into European markets as well as ensuring the UK account hits all agreed targets.

The Paid Search Manager / SEM Manager / Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
·Cost-per-acquisition across both paid-search and SEO channels.
·Setting the strategic direction for SEM within the business and deliver against an agreed set of KPIs.
·One direct report with the possibility of growing the team based on ability to demonstrate continuous improvement.
·Executing and managing all paid-search campaigns across Google and Bing
·Weekly keyword expansion and ad copy optimisation
·Working in collaboration with the wider Digital Marketing team to optimise the end-to-end customer journey (keyword through to onsite conversion)

The Paid Search Manager / SEM Manager / Search Marketing Manager will have:
·Solid SEM background and at least 3 years' experience within paid-search environment
·Experience of running paid-search across both UK and European markets with budgets in excess of £200k/month
·Ability to demonstrate manual bid management techniques as well as experience of using automated tools (Kenshoo, Marin etc)
·Must be Google Adword Certified (GAC) and experience of Google Analytics IQ is also preferred
·Prior experience of managing large budgets in a target driven environment
·Sound knowledge of the latest SEO techniques (onsite and offsite)
