JR98 - Customer Communications - Financial Services - Brighton - Permanent - £30k - £40k + Bonus/Benefits

Our client is a leading financial services organisation who are looking for a Post Sales Customer Communications professional to join the team.

You will be working closely with senior level stakeholders to devise and deliver a post-sale communications plan covering across the full product range. This role will suit someone who is passionate about developing and building internal relations across multiple functions which include Product, Sales, Legal & Compliance teams.

Working as part of a small team you will have strong leadership qualities in a role which will provide scope for career development.

To be considered:

  • Experience working within the financial services space preferably with a Provider or Asset Management organisation
  • Knowledge of pension and investment fund products
  • Excellent communications written and verbal, able to articulate detailed information into simple easy to read literature
  • Solid proof reading skills
  • Able to work in a pressured environment, managing multiple ongoing projects
