Account Support Manager
An opportunity for a proactive Account Support Manager to join a very successful company, working with some leading brands.
Our client, a leading voucher services provider, is looking for a proactive Account Support Manager to join their successful Business Development Team. The role will see you both partner and support members of this team on their assigned accounts, and liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure that all solutions are delivered timely and successfully. Key responsibilities of the role will include planning for the upcoming week, supporting key accounts through research and organising meetings, managing email accounts, managing travel arrangements, preparing presentations, preparing quotes and proposals, monitoring client news and feedback, and a range of general administrative tasks. Although you will be working with clients and assisting with account management, this role is more on the support and admin side of things.
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate would be someone with at least two years' experience in an equivalent and relevant role, ideally degree educated or equivalent, but certainly with first-class verbal and written communication skills. You should have a high level of numeracy, coupled with excellent commercial and business sense, and be a self-starter with demonstrable organisational skills. A can-do attitude, confidence, attention to detail, and punctuality are all required, as is experience and comfort with technology, Microsoft Office and CRM software in particular.
