Our client is an ambitious, expanding technology company providing impressive software globally. They are looking for a passionate, data-obsessed marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for the company.
THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:
Creating campaigns using a variety of digital and non-digital channels, attracting incoming opportunities, qualifying opportunities and converting them into leads for the business.
Take responsibility for the entire cycle from lead creation to nurturing, ensuring that all leads are cultivated throughout the sales cycle to support both Account Management and Sales functions.
Build and manage a rich content editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience through, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
Grow new leads, by converting incoming enquiries through calls-to-action, landing pages, lead generation content and social channels
Establish analytics with sales and account management to identify how our marketing activity translates into results, and continually refine the process to support the conversion of prospects to clients and existing clients to new opportunities.
Plan and organise schedules and budgets in an efficient and productive way focusing on key priorities
Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR MARKETING MANAGER:
Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing or equivalent and email optimization.
Ability to identify risks and manage these effectively
Be ambitious with a drive to succeed
Ability to galvanise, motivate and obtain the best results from the resources under management
Enjoy working independently and as part of a team successfully
You will have an excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and measurements.
