Our client, a high-end luxury brand is seeking a CRM & Data Marketing Executive, to support the marketing team with the planning and delivery of online and offline marketing campaigns. The marketing department is a critical component of their growth and you will become an integral member of their team.

The role

The primary purpose of this role will be to drive forward CRM and retention marketing activity for the direct channel, supporting the trade and retail channels as required. You will plan and execute marketing activities for all channels in close liaison with the Marketing teams, in-house Studio, and Head of Sales, ensuring that these are well-executed, delivered on time, within budget and on brand. You will also contribute to the joint marketing process from initiation to delivery, whilst being commercially aware and reacting to tactical opportunities.

In terms of Data & CRM, you will support the development of the customer marketing database, customer segmentation, targeted marketing plans and strive to improve response and conversion rates. You will also be tasked with customer journey mapping, customer profiles and reward and recognition of most loyal/profitable customers. You will also make recommendations/deliver improvements to their customer touch points which are across many different channels.

What we're looking for

You will be of graduate calibre, preferably with marketing degree or post-graduate qualification, with a minimum 18 months relevant experience. Needless to say, you will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and previous experience of a leisure or premium brand is desirable, preferably within a small, fast-paced team. It is essential that you have knowledge/experience of database marketing techniques and CRM programmes advantageous, as well as demonstrable experience of producing marketing collateral including direct mail and advertising.
