Working for one of the fastest growing consumer tech start-ups in the world, The CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Customer Engagement Specialist will lead large scale, innovative multichannel CRM campaigns to help engage and retain existing customers, as well as building overall brand presence.

The CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for:
*Leading the CRM strategy of campaigns going out to millions of users
*Expanding more into new channels, such as push notifications & Facebook custom audiences
*Fostering a test and learn approach, constantly looking to measure campaigns and optimise for future
*Identifying different segments of customers to market to
*Working closely with the wider marketing team, as well as senior stakeholders within the business

The CRM Manager / Lifecycle Marketing Manager / Customer Engagement Specialist will have:
*Good academics (or equivalent work experience)
*Strong CRM experience, ideally from a big brand or successful start-up
*Excellent communication skills
*Good analytical skills
*Candidates can come from any consumer sector e.g. retail, travel, eCommerce, startup, media, gaming, etc.
