A Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Engagement Marketing Manager is needed by a rapidly growing consumer start-up to drive retention and re-activation amongst an existing customer base.

They're looking for a Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Engagement Marketing Manager who has experience across community CRM, utilising a broad multi-channel campaigns. If you have commercial experience driving retention campaigns to an existing customer base in a fast-paced environment, this role could be for you.


The Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Engagement Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

-Developing new retention and re-activation strategies for a nationwide existing customer base

-Designing, testing, iterating new ideas quickly. A/B testing will be at the heart of what you do, and you'll be equally comfortable with data

-Reducing drop off rates, thinking of new and creative ways to improve engagement

-Managing all CRM communication channels, both digital and offline

-Being incredibly customer focussed, driving a better understanding of what customers' want

-Develop a better understanding of customer onboarding and database


The Retention Marketing Manager / CRM Manager / Engagement Marketing Manager will have:

-Experience marketing to an existing customer base

-Experience executing re-activation campaigns to customers who have dropped out/gone to a competitor. How did you entice them to come back?

-Very strong CRM marketing experience, specifically in segmentation and a targeting within a community of customers

-A Minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally with decision making responsibilities

-Top tier academics from a well-regarded University

-A hands-on approach to Marketing, you're naturally results driven and enjoy a fast-paced environment

-Strong Excel experience

-Proven experience in driving high levels of engagement to customers, with a clear ability to articulate outputs and metrics

-Outstanding communication skills - capable of holding your own with the CEO

-Strong stakeholder management skills (agency and internal)
