Business Development Manager (Property)
This is a key role joining a leading global construction consultancy. The Business Development Manager (Property), will be responsible for working with a senior leadership team to drive growth through positioning, bidding, brand enhancement, pipeline generation and key account management.
The role will be a key position within the London property team, responsible for driving growth and key strategic business initiatives, and leading work winning transformation across the region. This is a hands-on role - you will need to lead strategically, understand and articulate propositions, develop and manage a pipeline of brand promotion activities, manage complex bids and support the firm's key account managers to create enduring relationships with their clients. The role will report to the Managing Director, UK Property with a dotted line to the Head of UK Business Development. .
This role requires an ability to see the bigger picture along with a commitment to excellence and a determination to always deliver. Professional services experience is a must and knowledge of the Real Estate market would be beneficial. You should have strong copywriting skills and be a strong communicator - able to engage with confidence at all levels of the business.
