The Client:

Harmonic operations are excited to partner exclusively with Bedfordshire based, globally operating, rapidly scaling full-service agency, on their search for an Account Manager. A door opening opportunity for someone with a strong B2B background.

The agency has a host of opportunities within, constant big budgets to work with huge accounts and work collaboratively within the fantastic new team. The agency encourages development and innovation, no ideas go unheard, no matter how big or small.

Role:

The role will be centred around the new cline tthey are currently onboarding, with multimillion pound bugets, they are looking to scale but most imporortantly this calls for someone with both client relationship/ account management skills, who is also a digital pro, who can collaboratively work with the digital specialist in the team and the account manager to grow out the most profitable account on their books.

The agency is open to experienced Senior Account Executives, who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Working across exciting accounts focusing on account management growth and delivery, and being a digitlal expert to advise the client
• Delivering a range of projects with client teams based in US and EMEA.
• Must have a strong set of skills: PPC, SEO, content creation are the big musts!
• Strong digital ability, working closely with the client understanding their business challenges across both product and brand marketing, the client need to be able to communicate effectively, jargon included.
• Driving account growth and profitability
• Experience working with project managers and producers, managing end-toend delivery on projects.
• Must understand marketing landscape, strong understanding of digital media and practises across media channels from emails to paid media and social media case studies.
• Able to use your knowledge to talk with VP’s in a consultative manner, turning problems into project briefs and taking responsibility for its creative and strategic direction.
• Troubleshooting and identifying problems
• Develop clear and accurate budgets and time frames for all campaign elements.
• Delivering pre-agreed KPIs

What we need to see (Essential):

• Experience advertising/ digital marketing experience from an agency background
• PPC, SEO and content creation expereince are all mandatory for this role.
• Someone who is digitally literate and can speak the clients language, and grow clients confidence, furthering growth
• A digital expert that can work across multiple digital channels producing a variety of content.
• Understanding that you are the expert and can guide the client with confidence even suggesting against what they want and guiding them through this in a professional way.
• Responsible for clients in US and EMEA
• At least 2+ years at an agency in client services
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients.
• Ability to develop and deliver an impactful campaign from the client brief.
• The attitude to act as a creative ally to the most senior creative leads on the business.
• Excellent communications skills
• High degree of resilience and ability to remain calm, engaged, and in control in all situations.
• In depth understanding and knowledge of your client’s business, and participation in long-term business planning.
