Day-to-day this will involve sprint planning and reviews, as well as coaching the teams under your remit on best practices. Your feedback and opinions will help to facilitate ongoing improvements throughout the business. Initially the team you’ll be working with will be 5 or 6 strong but that will be looking to grow quickly.
What you'll get in return for your talents
Already working with some of Europe’s largest operators and publishers, you’ll be joining a business that is quickly becoming the go-to name of the industry. Working practices are flexible to work around what you think is best and with the expansion into new markets, you’ll only have more say as the business grows. You’ll receive generous holidays, access to courses/tech conferences, choice of kit, flex hours as well as season ticket loan and bike schemes. There’s also a focus on the social side of the business, with regular team outings and office socials that will mix you with those based in London, creating a really nice and collaborative atmosphere.
