Senior Brand Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing entrepreneurial business focusing on consumer well being products. They require a Senior Brand Manager with proven consumer marketing experience. This is a rare opportunity to work in a fast paced but autonomous business to drive forward the growth of a genuinely interesting product range.
This is a fully encompassing role focusing on a high profile brand for our client:
·Conceiving, developing and project managing exciting new products development strategies
·Producing marketing 3-5 year plan and annual brand plan
·Implement, monitor and evaluate activities in order to achieve brand targets and build brand equity
·Development & implementation of extensive ATL, including TV and print
·Manage brand P&L, monitoring and budget spend within agreed guidelines
Skills and Experience Required:
·The ideal candidates will be highly driven with an ambition to grow their brand, experience of end to end Product Lifecycle management, strong NPD acumen, and the commercial awareness to identify new opportunities and meet annual sales targets.
·Ideally you will have proven development and implementation of strategic brand/product business plans for new brand/categories.
·Track record in FMCG consumer brand management. Experience in food or drinks would be advantageous
·Strong budget management experience and proven presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders.
