CRM Data & Platform Lead
CRM PLATFORM LEAD Our client is a leading marketing agency in London who has a range of blue chip clients and an excellent reputation. As CRM Data & Platform Lead you will focus on a key client's marketing data platform and its data operation Job purpose Overall lead for the client platform and its data operations, supporting them in making sure the CRM platform is operating to the optimal level, with regard to database performance and data flows. Key responsibilities: As Data and Platform Lead, your focus will be divided into 3 key areas : BAU support, contingency and improvement and project management. PEOPLE Manage and mentor team of data analysts, technical analysts and platform specialists Build relationships with other departments to provide quality agency products To ensure you represent the department and agency with a high level of professionalism at all times, both internally and externally Meet objectives set within regular personnel reviews TECHNICAL/PROCESSES Working closely with the client's in house database management team, their own IT support and your agency Platform team to identify and communicate any issues related to the performance of the platform Advises and supports in the governance of data within the CRM systems Validates business requirements and provides input into functional requirements for data systems Responsible for all databases and data marts from a business user perspective Resolve issues by working closely with the client, as well as liaising with partners Provide consultancy to internal and external clients around effective use of software and programme delivery Provide consultancy to internal and external clients around effective use of data To have a wider understanding of the client objectives Take responsibility for ensuring any relevant information around technical changes or processes are communicated Ensure you adhere to Corporate IT regulations, ISO procedures (SPII/PID regulations) and UK law Ensure all work is carried out correctly against the admin, technical and financial working practices Ensure an ongoing understanding of front end and back-end structure of software solutions Advise on ideas for delivery or process improvements Inspect all data load functionality Skill Set: Excellent attention to detail is a must Proven ability to co-ordinate multiple work-streams, working across projects, BAU and CI Good written and communication skills Strong stakeholder management is essential Ability to multi-task and mentor junior team members Demonstrate good self-motivation, strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure Knowledge and Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a programme delivery, data/online environment with a client, agency or supplier Broad range of experience in marketing with extensive experience of marketing database operations / CRM software Extensive experience of data, databases and data systems Comprehensive experience of working on development projects to deliver new programme solutions Experience of SAS (preferably) Experience of Adobe Marketing Cloud (preferably) Knowledge of SQL (preferably) This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team where you will be a key player integral to their success.
