Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • The sole Marketer at the stage working very closely with Founders/Stakeholders
  • Develop and implement online strategies and plans to drive digital traffic and sales and manage this within budget
  • Take ownership of strategy (SEO, Content and Social) while developing plans to optimise the strategy
  • Develop efficient multi-variant testing plans
  • Use a test and learn approach to multi-variant testing, modifying plans and strategies in response to sales performance data analysis.
  • Experience in Social media content and listening tools

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Experience in Media Publishing desirable
  • Extensive experience in SEO, Content and Social
  • Demonstrable target driven approach to sales and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of managing/ optimising online customer journeys
  • Thorough understanding of tools and techniques used in online communications, SEO, Social and Content
  • Comparative understanding of all online marketing channels
  • Expertise in performance monitoring / tracking and budget management
