Country Sales Leader
For a new client within the TMT space, we are hiring for a top calibre Country Sales Leader to be based in their start-up office in Singapore.
- Based in Singapore and reporting into the Europe based Head of Sales and working closely with the Chairman of the company, this role will be responsible for building a successful sales team and growing the business in the region.
- Drive sales and new market business development initiatives for the company and be in charge of all initiatives in recruitment, product marketing, team training, etc.
- Work closely with the global sales team on new product launches and other marketing initiatives
- At least 8 years sales/management experience within the TMT or similar industries.
- Strong salesmanship and high influencing skills.
- Proven successful sales track record with a strong hunter background.
- Experienced in working in an un-structured environment.
- Equally efficient in both being a team leader and a team player.
- Singapore local market and regional (Asia Pacific) expertise.
- Highly capable and confident to take on a client facing role with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking will be an advantage due to the Chinese speaking target market.
