A prime opportunity has arisen at a multiple award winning software Development Company based close to Loughborough. Their software is sought after by businesses to help improve their processes, and the solutions they provide reduce costs and improve efficiency.

They're seeking an ambitious and driven Marketing Coordinator to join their ranks and work alongside their Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure that the planning and implementing of the company's marketing activities also leads to a raising of their brand profile and the generation of sales leads.

They're looking for someone with 3-5 years of marketing experience who's worked in at least two separate roles, and has had a stable and consistent career.

Have a broad understanding of marketing activities and enjoy working in a challenging and vibrant SME environment? This role could be an ideal fit for you. You'll project manage marketing communications campaigns and support product launches, and you'll also build and maintain strong relations with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, so you'll need strong project management skills and a background in events logistics.

You'll be reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing and will additionally work alongside the Sales team, meaning that organisational skills and an ability to multi-task will be essential.

Bit of a social media whizz? An integral part of your role will be social media and e-marketing, with this aided by previous experience of having worked in B2B IT/Software and strong IT capability. You'll be involved with website content creation and optimisation, and will work alongside creative agencies all while maintaining a consistently high standard with all that you do to set deadlines.

If you know your way around Microsoft Office and have experience of producing content and collateral and digital marketing, you're ticking boxes. However, they're also hiring on personality. Your interpersonal skills will be key to the role, and you'll need to have a strong teamwork ethic. A positive outlook where you're results and customer focused means that you'll be equipped with all the necessary tools to be a successful candidate.
