Head of Loyalty
You will be managing the day to day delivery of the loyalty card programme, leading and managing a team, managing key projects and you'll need the ability to understand business needs and influence suppliers and stakeholders.
Key experience required includes;
Project / Programme Management skills and experience as you'll be managing key and high profile projects across Europe
Loyalty Scheme / Card experience
Strong stakeholder management
Supplier management - this role manages 3 key suppliers
Team management experience required to manage and develop existing team
International experience would be an advantage
Retail experience desirable
