Looking for the next step in your career and opportunity to make a difference? This is an exciting, newly created role for a Business Development Manager to join a leading Property Consultancy. As part of an expanding London Business Development function, you will play a key role in evolving business development activities across two offices. The Director of BD is looking for a polished individual with a proven track record in Property BD and a strong blend of analytical and communication skills required to make the desired impact.
Using your strong communication skills, you will build relationships with partners across the firm in order to develop a strong understanding and deep knowledge of their practice and business objectives. You will shape business development and key client plans, and work with the relevant stakeholders to formulate hard-hitting profile raising and targeting campaigns. Additionally you will support on all different stages of the of the bids process including coaching partners, generating content, managing the design process, and driving best practice.
The ideal candidate for this role will be serious about their career; highly client focused, along with proven business development experience within another Legal, Big 4, or large Accountancy firm. If you are looking for a new challenge in the regions then this is the opportunity for you.
