This is an opening for an experienced AM to take on a key role with a niche agency, which has tripled in size over the last 2 years. They work with market leaders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, and since their inception, have built a first class reputation for delivering innovative work, way beyond their clients' expectations, and for this reason they now work on an international scale.
It is a key role within the agency and you will be working alongside senior people in the agency, and be responsible for managing a range of services and projects for your clients on a day-to-day basis. This may range from a multi-page product guide to innovative print and advertising through to websites, apps and exhibitions. In addition, you will help provide planning advice and get involved in putting together and delivering pitches. You will also work closely with product and marketing managers so familiarity with this type of client is desirable.
What we're looking for
In essence, we are looking for a candidate who will enjoy tackling a mix of online and offline marketing projects, keeping calm under pressure so that you can deliver bespoke projects in a timely and accurate manner. Due to importance of the role, it is very important that you have acquired your marketing knowledge and skills in an agency environment. Needless to say, you will need to demonstrate your ability to manage campaigns across the marketing mix. As a person we are looking for someone with a minimum three to four years integrated account handling experience with the innate ability to liaise effectively with different teams and levels at all times. There is no new business function and all of their growth has been based on client referrals, which is a testament to their ability to produce compelling solutions to a wide range of marketing briefs.
