Here at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), we’re recruiting for a Junior Creative Artworker to join a very talented team!

As the Junior Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for adapting global campaign concepts for regional delivery and producing assets in multiple languages and formats!

We’re not far from Central London, with our Corporate Head Office based in Denham, Buckinghamshire which is a 20 - 35 mins (approx.) train journey from London Marylebone to Denham station!

The Role:

This is a pivotal role that supports the Guest and Loyalty Marketing team in the creative delivery of European campaigns and activities, designed to drive loyalty revenue across all IHG hotel brands. The Junior Creative Artworker will also originate concepts for Europe specific campaigns and communications adhering strictly to brand guidelines.

 Responsibilities:

  • Design and provide channel ready artwork (from print to digital) in response to detailed creative briefs
  • Manage internal creative process
  • Work alongside external collaborators to develop and deliver larger scale projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets and concepts
  • Manage timeline expectations to key stakeholders
  • Pro-actively input into creative development
  • Adhere to all brand guidelines
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the wider teams
  • Champion the IHG Rewards Club identity
  • Provide input on external creative as required
  • Regionally version assets provided by the global loyalty team, working across multiple languages

Profile:

You will be competent and confident in using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and able to generate and develop concepts and ideas and take them to finished artwork. In addition you must be experienced in creating assets across multiple channels from print to digital.

The ability to work both conceptually and commercially, with the brand and business requirements as the central focus is essential and you must be able to work quickly on day-day activities and spend the necessary time required on large scale projects
