Senior Brand Manager
Company and Role:
My client is an established and leading food supplier to all the major supermarkets.
They are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their current marketing structure.
This is a high profile role within the business and they are looking for a marketer to help continue to grow this well established and loved brand.
This person will have responsibility for managing and executing NPD/EPD, manage brand performance and the consumer marketing budget and be involved in developing exciting ATL campaigns.
You will need to demonstrate solid experience of brand marketing at a senior level, show strong consumer awareness coupled with excellent commercial skills to maximise growth and profit.
o Owning, creating and implementing brand plans
o Development of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns
o P&L Management
o Track and record market performance
o Development and launch of NPD
o Lead the brand planning process for the brand
You will be a proven Brand Manager/Senior Brand Management ideally working for a food manufacturer or within consumer goods. Classically trained within a medium or large FMCG business you will have exposure to the full marketing mix and will be able to hit the ground running. You will be a creative and commercial thinker, with an entrepreneurial flair. Good business acumen with sound commercial judgement and a passion for food is vital. Enthusiastic and driven, you will be a real self starter.
