A leading consumer brand is looking for a Production Manager to oversee its internal creative studio.

You'll be responsible for managing a small creative team in nurturing a strong and consistent brand message across offline and digital, producing everything from printed collateral to ATL advertising campaigns, in-store branding and logos. This is primarily a project management role - you must be a confident and competent communicator, able to stick to strict deadlines, manage tricky individuals and prepare flatplans and schedules. However, you must also be creative!

You must have experience working in a B2C environment, either within the media or leisure/travel/retail (agency-side also considered). This is an excellent opportunity for an established studio or production manager to join an ambitious and exciting organisation. In return, the role offers real autonomy in a collaborative and energising working environment with a very competitive remuneration package.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for all production, traffic, procurement and operations in the creative studio

  • Oversee production of marketing campaigns, advertising, branding and packaging

  • Manage and oversee the production timelines and delivery of campaigns and daily operations of the team including workflow, trafficking, asset management and archiving

  • Manage the creative production budget, forward planning and forecasting

  • Build and grow relationships with the Marketing team and wider business, improving trust in the creative department by delivering to brief, on time and budget

  • EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Significant creative production experience within a B2C media/retail/leisure/travel environment

  • Substantial line management experience (ideally has a head of department)

  • Comfortable working across print and digital

  • Commercial and budgetary nous

  • Able to deal with very senior stakeholders
