Technical Lead Developer, PHP Team Lead - £65-70,000 per annum

This uniquely integrated agency is looking for a Technical Lead to join them and manage the tech team from the front. You'll have an oversight of all work in progress, while ensuring the implementation of coding and release standards as well as applying best practices where needed and hands on execution. The Development team span across Python, .NET, PHP and mobile technologies and they have developed some great platforms and products. The Technology Lead position will be responsible for all technical output and have overall responsibility for technical delivery across their client base.

Experience

  • Experience in front-end implementation, back-end implementation, database systems, web applications and web services.
  • Experience with the full software development life cycle
  • Experience enterprise multi market projects
  • Development experience in Python, PHP, AWS, Angular.JS, RDBMS, Web services, MVC, HTML5, REST, GIT, JIRA, Agile, TDD and Continuous Integration
  • Extensive experience with standard browsers including all compatibility issues
  • CMS experience - Django or similar
  • Integration experience with 3rd party APIs such as Facebook, Twitter and JSON services
  • Experience working within agencies
  • Leading technical delivery and technical project teams
  • Leading development approach as well as hands on when needed
  • In collaboration with other team members be responsible for developing, architecting, scoping and costing projects
  • Comfortable working with clients and consulting on technical solutions.
  • Direct responsibility for team coding standards, technical output, infrastructure and tools required to deliver world class projects
