Our client is undoubtedly THE biggest brand on the high street, looking for a CRM manager to join them on a 12 Month FTC. They're looking for a skilled CRM professional to manage the deliver of multiple CRM email campaigns.
THE ROLE OF CRM MANAGER:
Management of the eCRM newsletter calendar
Aligning with the Marketing campaign planning process to ensure newsletter support of brand and product campaigns is captured and agreed.
Sourcing content – working with Brand Teams and CRM agency strategy team to populate thoughts / ideas / customer exclusives for newsletters.
Liaising with key brand team stakeholders and gathering content.
Writing the content brief for the CRM agency and gaining appropriate internal approvals.
Sharing creative with CRM team, Brand Teams and other key stakeholders as appropriate, and providing consolidated feedback to the CRM agency.
Full accountability for data segmentation, including signing off data briefs and approving counts from the CRM agency.
Reviewing results and proactively making recommendation for change / test and learn.
Ensuring targets are being met and providing recommendations for continual improvement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR CRM MANAGER:
Have at least 3 years experience in data-driven email marketing – either agency or clientside.
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadline and juggle multiple tasks at any one time.
Have a detailed understanding of the key drivers in segmentation, delivering high volume email
campaigns, measurement and KPIs, analysing key trends and providing recommendations for future campaigns.
Be a stickler for attention to detail aiming for the best possible outcome and standard every time.
Be a strong relationship builder – with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
