We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join a fantastic growing property company based in Hammersmith.

Working closely with the rest of the marketing team to run and come up with exciting annual campaign plans. The candidate must be a person who thinks outside the box as the marketing team has won a number of awards with their current campaigns.

Needs to be hands on and happy to jump in and help where needed.

The role

  • Undertake the set-up and delivery of digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Build and manage intelligent audience segmentation across all campaigns to deliver maximum return on investment
  • Devise B2C integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels, including writing on-brand, compelling copy for review and approval
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Assist in creating campaign copy and landing pages for the company website
  • You will manage relationships with agencies and third parties as well as persuade a non-marketing audience, such as senior level managers within the organisation, of the wisdom of proposed campaigns
  • Work with design and content team to manage production of digital marketing assets
  • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing

  • Must have previous experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management skills and experience with budgets, coordinating multiple projects to deadline, ensuring ROI on marketing campaigns and managing output effectively
  • Strong numerical skills to analyse data, leverage to target selected audiences as well as analyse success or otherwise of campaigns
  • Understanding of SEO and Paid Search disciplines
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools
  • Good understanding of the principles of CRM
  • Skilled in Microsoft office software
  • Knowledge of basic HTML for design & build
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel
  • Degree or qualification in marketing or related field an advantage
