An exciting opportunity for a head of Ad Operations, my client is a mobile advertising platform that is revolutionising and providing solutions for marketing teams for mobile advertising and in-app monetisation. Located in Sydney's eastern suburbs on a full time permanent basis our client, as a result of continuous growth, are now seeking to find a leader for their ad operations team.
Your new role
Your primary focus will be to lead the ad operations team. You will drive operational efficiencies through automation and optimisation as well as lead all campaign operations. You will be responsible for liaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders with a focus on ensuring revenue retention and achieving successful campaign delivery. Other key responsibilities include resolving performance optimisation and analytical issues.
What you'll need to succeed
On this occasion we are looking for someone who is experienced in mobile and performance advertising and campaign delivery. You will come from an advertising industry background with agency based experience. You will be a successful leader with an understanding of ad-serving platforms and programmatic advertising. You will present as a strong communicator, highly organised with have excellent people management skills.
