Internal Communication and Engagement Manager Opportunity for a National Charity based in London

This is a permanent opportunity to work with a National Health charity leading on all the organisations Internal Communications. The Charity is growing rapidly, and making long term investment in growth. This role is to support the organisation through periods of growth and assist in developing organisational culture.
Your new role
You will carry out all the Internal Communications Strategy, making sure it is aligned to overall business objectives and building employee engagement. You will liaise at a Senior level across the organisation including Executive Directors and supporting the deliver of an inclusive organisational culture. You will be the brand champion, craft organisation messages and lead on change communications.
You will also be responsible for line managing 1 Communications Adviser, as well occasional travel around the UK.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in Internal Communications, leading on change and ideally line managing. Experience in leading on Staff Engagement strategy as well as working in a Not for Profit environment is desirable.
